Service Policies

Payment

I accept cash, debit cards and all major credit cards including HSA. Venmo, PayPal, Cash app and Zelle are other options, as well.

A $50.00 fee will be assessed for all returned checks.

Arrival Time

I suggest that you arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment to allow time to check in and time to fill out paperwork.

Late Arrivals/ Cancellations & No-Shows

Life happens!  We all occasionally run late.  If it turns into one of those days, I will do my best to accommodate your full service time, but reserve the right to adjust your time as to not inconvenience the next scheduled guest arriving.

If you must cancel, I kindly ask for a 24-hour notice prior to your scheduled appointment time. Cancellation within less than 24 hours notice or a no-show may result in 100% charge of the full value of the service scheduled.

Misconduct

Sexual misbehavior of any kind (i.e. jokes, comments, inappropriate physical contact, etc.) WILL NOT BE TOLERATED. Violation of this rule will result in the client being asked to pay in full for the session,  to leave immediately and not to be rescheduled again.

Cell Phone Usage

I pride myself on providing a relaxed and peaceful experience for all of my guests.  Please silence your cell phones, pagers and electronic devices in order to help me do so.

Valuables

Massage by Sharie is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
